  • Anyone over 18 years of age that has created an account in the Gym Cube app and signed their waiver can use the Gym Cube.

  • In short, membership gives exclusive discounts and more booking flexibility. We have a whole Membership page dedicated to the advantages! Check it out.

  • All payments and memberships are managed in the Gym Cube App. Please go to your app (or download it here) and you can make payments and become a Member!

  • Of course! Sometimes you don’t want to workout alone. Within the Gym Cube app, you can share your session with up to three friends. Using the unique share code, your friends can then book the same session.

  • The Gym Cube app is your one-stop for booking a session and for accessing the Gym Cube. When you get to the Gym Cube, select the green lock on your current session from within the app and use your digital key to unlock the Cube.

  • All Gym Cubes are outfitted with commercial-grade workout equipment.

  • You can cancel up to 8 hours before your session and receive a full refund. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund within 8 hours of your scheduled session.

  • Contact us and please give a thorough description of what is wrong. We will care for it ASAP!

  • Please straighten up and put the equipment back in it’s appropriate spot. Out of respect for the next Gym Cube user, we ask that you wipe down any equipment you used, take any trash you may have with you, and leave on time.

  • If the previous user hasn’t left the Gym Cube after your session has started, do not enter the Cube. Press the “doorbell” on the cube to contact us and we will take the necessary steps to have the previous user leave the Cube.

  • In the Gym Cube app, there is a link to your signed waiver under your Profile.

  • Ratings help you express your voice and allow us to improve the Gym Cube. We love those 5 stars, but if a Gym Cube location receives bad ratings, our team will work to resolve the issue.
